Clovet is a real estate closing platform operated by Shaban Asif, Esq., a New York licensed attorney and title producer. We provide title, closing coordination, insurance, and professional network services in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York. References to "Clovet," "we," "us," or "our" refer to this platform and its operator.

From consumers (buyers, sellers, and leads): name, email address, phone number, zip code, transaction type, and any details you provide when requesting a partner match.

From licensed partners (realtors, mortgage brokers, attorneys, financial professionals): name, email, phone, license number, company, counties of operation, years of experience, prior year volume, and any deal information submitted through the platform.

From deal submissions: property address, purchase price, party contact information, loan details, closing date, and contingency dates.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data when you access the platform.

We use collected information to:

• Match consumers with licensed real estate professionals in the Clovet network
• Coordinate title searches, closings, and insurance orders
• Send deal status updates, deadline alerts, and closing notifications
• Process payments for closing services
• Score and rank partner performance for lead routing
• Comply with legal obligations under New York real estate law
• Communicate platform updates and relevant market information

By providing your phone number and submitting a lead form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Clovet and its licensed partner network regarding your real estate inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or contacting us at the email below. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

• Licensed network partners — your contact and transaction information is shared with the professional assigned to your inquiry so they may contact you
• Service providers — email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Stripe), push notifications, and cloud infrastructure (Supabase/Vercel)
• Legal or regulatory authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable law.

Consumer lead information is retained for up to 3 years to comply with New York real estate record-keeping requirements. Partner and deal records are retained for 7 years as required for title and legal practice compliance. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us; note that retention may be required by law for certain records.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, and role-based access controls. Revenue data and insurance records are accessible only to platform administrators. We do not store payment card information — all payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's security standards.
